To enhance security, Travel CUBE requires identity verification using a "Verification Code" sent to your device, in addition to your ID and password.
Please follow the steps below to complete your login.
① Receiving the Code via SMS (Short Message Service)

Enter your ID and password, check the Terms of Use, and click 'Send'. A verification SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.
*If your registered phone number is a landline or any other number that cannot receive SMS, please switch to "Email Authentication." For details, please check "02-17. Unable to receive verification code because the registered phone number is a landline."
2.Enter the 6-digit number provided in the SMS into the Travel CUBE login screen.
② Receiving the Code via Email
If you do not receive the SMS or do not have a mobile phone number, please use email authentication.
Click "Use mail Address to Verify" on the screen.
2.A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter this code to proceed.

③ If the Code Does Not Arrive or Authentication Fails
If you cannot find your verification code, please check the following items in order:

| Connection Status | Ensure you are not in an area with weak signal or in Airplane Mode. |
| Spam Settings | For email, check your spam/junk folder and ensure that the domain @tabicube.com is not blocked. |
| Expiration | Codes are valid for 5 minutes. If the time has expired, click the "Resend" button. |
| Changed Info | If you cannot use your old device/address due to a model change, identity verification is required. Please contact our support desk below. |
| Phone Number | Ensure your phone number starts with a "0". If the leading zero is missing, please re-enter it. |
If your email address or phone number is unregistered or unknown, you will not be able to complete the authentication. In this case, please create a new account.
